Costa coffee was first poured on our shores in 1971 at 9 Newport Street, London, by Sergio and Bruno Costa. Today, just a few meters away from where they first set up, the Costa Roastery produces the same unique Mocha Italia blend that the Costa brothers worked so hard to create.

When you walk into a Costa store you’ll notice its different to other coffee shops. First of all, there’s the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Then the great range of authentic coffee drinks. Next the Ferrari of coffee machines. And finally, the most passionate and well trained baristas around. Its this unique combination that makes us stand out from the others, and were incredibly proud of it.

Hand-making a cup of coffee is an art. It takes time and skill to perfect. That’s why every single barista, in every single Costa store is professionally trained in the art of coffee by our experts. Its a little thing, but it makes a big difference, because it means you’ll get a perfect cup of Costa coffee every time.

For the 35 years now (or roughly 1/3 of a century!), Chili’s has been welcoming guests with our sizzling personality and serving up a good time, every time with incredible appetizers and entrees, thirst-quenching drinks and decadent desserts. Along the way, we’ve fed a bunch of folks, hosted a ton of parties and had a lot of laughs.

Today, Chili’s has more than 1,500 restaurants in 33 and 2 territories around the world.

A lot has changed since our early days in Dallas, Texas as a hamburger joint serving burgers in a basket and bowls of spicy Texas Red Chili. But were still hungry to bring you the big, bold flavors of our original down-home, Southwestern-inspired brand. So you can still enjoy the mouthwatering burgers that made us famous. Or you can sink your teeth into even more great Southwest favorites like our Sizzling Fajitas and Fire-grilled Steaks. Of course, along with outstanding food, were still cooking up a whole lot of fun too, That’s why after all this time you’ll find that Chili’s is still Like No Place Else.
